Workshop Details

We breathe to live. But many of us take shallow breaths.

This workshop will guide you through a breathing technique called Elemental Rhythm that will help reduce stress, clear your mind, enhance your mood, and expand your awareness.

 

The session will include guided instructions, a breathwork session, and end with a guided mediation and visualization.

LEVEL: Beginner/Moderate

LENGTH: 30 minutes
