Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation that can help you relax and unwind.

This Yoga Nidra session will help you release tension in your mind and body, increase your awareness, let go of pent up emotions, and help you sleep better.

Many people enjoy this session lying down in a comfortable position. You can also participate in a sitting position.

LEVEL: Beginner/Moderate
